Troublingshooting For any problems that a merchant may encounter in implementing the myPaySystems-Pro system, the merchant should check the following common problems before contacting myPaySystems.com Support Services. I setup everything up, but when I submit my order, I’m taken to another company’s payment page This happens if the merchant has not changed the companyid input field when posting the transaction information to myPaySystems.com. Changing the value of this field will ensure that the consumer is brought to the correct payment page. See line 19 in section 4.
